Effective 27 October 2026. This policy covers the Hushgrid app for iPhone and iPad, published by Sidekick Creative Pty Ltd.
Hushgrid has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not collect, store or receive your photos, videos, notes, patterns, recovery phrases or any personal information.
If you send feedback from the app, we receive only the message you type plus the app version, iOS version and language setting. We do not receive your IP address, device identifiers, vault names or vault contents. Feedback is kept so we can improve the app, and is emailed to our support inbox.
Your items are encrypted on your device with keys derived from your pattern. Without your pattern or recovery phrase, nobody — including us — can read them.
If you turn on iCloud backup or sharing, encrypted data is stored in your own iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. It is encrypted before it leaves your device, and we cannot read it. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive no payment details.
Test builds may offer local diagnostics that stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
Hushgrid does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
